이 방침은 한국어본이 정본입니다. 영문본은 이해를 돕기 위한 번역이며, 해석에 차이가 있으면 한국어본이 우선합니다.

The Korean version of this policy is authoritative. This English version is a translation for convenience; if the two differ, the Korean version prevails.

위니버스(Weniverse, 이하 "회사")는 Weniversal Moon(맥용 데스크톱 앱과 이 웹사이트, 이하 "Moon")을 제공하며, 개인정보 보호법 등 관련 법령을 지킵니다. Moon은 이용자가 고른 폴더(이하 "볼트")의 마크다운 파일을 정본으로 쓰는 앱이고, 이용자의 일정 · 업무 · 노트 · 메일을 회사 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.

Weniverse (the "Company") provides Weniversal Moon (the Mac desktop app and this website, "Moon") and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and related laws. Moon treats the Markdown files in a folder you choose (your "vault") as the source of truth and does not store your schedule, tasks, notes or mail on Company servers.

제1조 (회사가 처리하는 개인정보)Article 1 (Personal information the Company processes)

Moon은 회원 가입을 받지 않으며, 회사는 앱을 쓰는 동안 생기는 데이터를 수집하지 않습니다. 회사가 처리하는 개인정보는 다음뿐입니다.

Moon has no sign-up, and the Company does not collect data generated while you use the app. The only personal information the Company processes is:

• 문의: 이용자가 contact@weniver.se로 보낸 이메일 주소와 문의 내용(이름 등 이용자가 적은 정보 포함). 문의에 답하는 데만 씁니다.
• 웹사이트 접속: 이 웹사이트를 서빙하는 Cloudflare가 보안과 운영을 위해 접속 정보(IP 주소, 브라우저 정보, 접속 시각)를 처리할 수 있고, 글꼴을 불러오는 Google Fonts도 접속 정보를 받습니다. 회사는 이 사이트에서 광고 · 추적 쿠키나 분석 도구를 쓰지 않습니다.
• 타이탄 AI 사용량: 이용자가 AI 공급자로 타이탄 AI를 고른 경우 제4조에 따른 사용량(토큰 수 · 비용)

• Inquiries: the email address and content you send to contact@weniver.se (including anything you choose to include, such as your name), used only to respond.
• Website access: Cloudflare, which serves this website, may process access information (IP address, browser information, time of access) for security and operations, and Google Fonts, which serves the web fonts, also receives access information. The Company uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics on this site.
• Titan AI usage: if you choose Titan AI as your AI provider, the usage amounts (token counts and cost) described in Article 4.

제2조 (이용자의 기기에서만 처리되는 정보)Article 2 (Information processed only on your device)

Moon이 다루는 다음 정보는 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며 회사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

The following information handled by Moon is stored only on your device and is not sent to Company servers.

• 볼트: 이용자가 고른 폴더의 노트 · 업무 · 일정 · 첨부 파일과 앱 설정 · 작업 기록(볼트 안 .moon 폴더)
• 연결한 계정의 자격: 캘린더 · 메일 계정의 로그인 토큰과 앱 비밀번호, AI 공급자 키. macOS 키체인으로 암호화한 앱 전용 파일(권한 0600)에 두며 볼트에 쓰지 않습니다.
• 메일 캐시: 받은 메일의 목록과 본문 사본. 기기 안 앱 폴더에 파일마다 AES-256-GCM으로 암호화해 두고, 설정한 보관 기간이 지나면 지웁니다. 이용자가 "노트로 저장"한 메일만 볼트에 남습니다.

• Your vault: notes, tasks, events and attachments in the folder you chose, plus app settings and the activity journal (the .moon folder inside the vault).
• Credentials for connected accounts: sign-in tokens and app passwords for calendar and mail accounts, and AI provider keys. They are kept in an app-only file (permission 0600) encrypted with the macOS Keychain and never written to the vault.
• Mail cache: message lists and copies of message bodies, each file encrypted with AES-256-GCM in the app folder on your device and deleted after the retention period you set. Only messages you "save as note" are kept in the vault.

제3조 (Google 사용자 데이터)Article 3 (Google user data)

Moon은 이용자가 직접 연결한 경우에만 Google 계정 데이터에 접근합니다.

Moon accesses Google account data only when you connect your account yourself.

• 사용: Google 사용자 데이터는 Moon 안에서 그 이용자에게 보여 주고, 이용자가 요청한 작업을 하는 데만 씁니다. 메일 발송 · 영구 삭제처럼 되돌릴 수 없는 작업은 이용자가 미리보기를 승인해야 실행됩니다.
• 저장: 제2조와 같이 이용자의 기기에만 저장합니다. 회사는 Google 사용자 데이터를 회사 서버에 저장하지 않으며 볼 수 없습니다.
• 전송 · 공유: Google 사용자 데이터를 판매하지 않고, 광고에 쓰지 않으며, 사람이 열람하지 않습니다. 일반 AI · 머신러닝 모델의 개발 · 개선 · 학습에 쓰지 않습니다. 이용자가 AI 사이드바에 요청하면 그 요청을 처리하는 데 필요한 내용(예: 요약해 달라고 한 메일)이 이용자가 고른 AI 공급자에게 그 요청을 수행하는 목적으로만 전송됩니다(제4조).
• 해제: 설정에서 연결을 해제하면 기기에 저장된 토큰과(고른 경우) 캐시를 지웁니다. Google 계정의 보안 설정(서드 파티 앱 및 서비스)에서도 언제든 접근 권한을 회수할 수 있습니다.

• Use: Google user data is used only to show it to you inside Moon and to perform the actions you request. Irreversible actions such as sending mail or permanent deletion run only after you approve a preview.
• Storage: it is stored only on your device, as described in Article 2. The Company does not store Google user data on its servers and cannot see it.
• Transfer and sharing: Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising and never read by humans. It is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models. When you ask the AI sidebar to do something, the content needed for that request (for example, a message you asked it to summarize) is sent to the AI provider you chose, solely to carry out that request (Article 4).
• Disconnecting: disconnecting an account in Settings deletes the tokens (and, if you choose, the cache) stored on your device. You can also revoke access at any time in your Google Account security settings (Third-party apps & services).

Moon이 Google API로부터 받은 정보를 사용하고 다른 앱으로 전송하는 것은 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요구사항을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 따릅니다.

Weniversal Moon's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Microsoft 계정(Outlook.com · Microsoft 365)을 연결한 경우에도 같은 원칙으로 처리합니다. 범위는 IMAP.AccessAsUser.All · SMTP.Send · offline_access이며 메일을 읽고 보내는 데만 씁니다.

Microsoft accounts (Outlook.com · Microsoft 365) are handled on the same principles. The scopes are IMAP.AccessAsUser.All, SMTP.Send and offline_access, used only to read and send mail.

제4조 (AI 공급자와 외부 서비스)Article 4 (AI providers and external services)

이용자가 AI 사이드바를 쓰면 대화 내용과, 그 대화를 처리하는 데 필요한 볼트 · 일정 · 메일 내용이 이용자가 설정에서 고른 AI 공급자에게 전송됩니다.

When you use the AI sidebar, the conversation and the vault, calendar or mail content needed to handle it are sent to the AI provider you chose in Settings.

• 타이탄 AI: Weniversal Titan 계정으로 로그인해 씁니다. Moon은 타이탄 서버(relay.titan.weniver.se)에서 임시 이용 키와 한도만 받고, 대화 내용은 이용자의 기기에서 OpenRouter로 바로 보냅니다(데이터를 보관하지 않는 제공자 경로만 씁니다). 타이탄 서버에는 대화 내용이 아니라 사용량(토큰 수 · 비용)만 보고됩니다. 타이탄 계정의 처리는 Weniversal Titan 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
• 내 API 키(Anthropic · OpenAI 호환 등) · 로컬 모델 · Claude Code · Codex: 이용자의 기기에서 해당 제공사(또는 이용자의 로컬 모델)로 바로 전송되며 회사를 거치지 않습니다. 처리 조건은 이용자가 그 제공사와 맺은 약관을 따릅니다.
• 그 밖의 외부 연결: Moon은 이용자가 켠 기능을 위해 해당 서비스와 기기에서 바로 통신합니다. 예를 들어 연결한 캘린더 · 메일 서버(구글 · Microsoft · 네이버 · iCloud 등)와 계정 데이터를 주고받고, 날씨 위젯을 켜면 설정한 위치(좌표)로 Open-Meteo에 날씨를 요청합니다. 이 통신은 회사를 거치지 않습니다.
• 이용자가 연결한 다른 앱: 이용자가 발급한 연결 토큰을 가진 앱(예: Weniversal Titan, MCP 클라이언트)은 Moon에 데이터를 요청할 수 있고, 되돌릴 수 없는 작업은 이용자의 승인을 거칩니다. 토큰은 설정에서 언제든 다시 발급하거나 끊을 수 있습니다.

• Titan AI: used by signing in with a Weniversal Titan account. Moon receives only a temporary usage key and limits from the Titan server (relay.titan.weniver.se), and sends the conversation directly from your device to OpenRouter (using only provider routes that retain no data). Only usage amounts (token counts and cost), not conversation content, are reported to the Titan server. Titan account data is handled under the Weniversal Titan Privacy Policy.
• Your own API key (Anthropic, OpenAI-compatible and others), a local model, Claude Code or Codex: content goes directly from your device to that provider (or your local model) without passing through the Company, under the terms you agreed with that provider.
• Other external connections: Moon talks directly from your device to the services needed by features you turn on - for example, exchanging account data with the calendar and mail servers you connected (Google, Microsoft, Naver, iCloud and others), and asking Open-Meteo for weather at the location (coordinates) you set when the weather widget is on. None of this passes through the Company.
• Apps you connect: apps holding a connection token you issued (such as Weniversal Titan or an MCP client) can request data from Moon, and irreversible actions require your approval. You can reissue or revoke tokens in Settings at any time.

회사가 운영하는 동기화 서비스(Moon Hub)는 아직 제공하지 않습니다. 제공하게 되면 처리하는 항목과 방식을 이 방침에 적고 제9조에 따라 미리 알립니다.

A Company-run sync service (Moon Hub) is not yet offered. If it is introduced, this policy will describe what it processes and how, with advance notice under Article 9.

제5조 (제3자 제공과 처리 위탁)Article 5 (Disclosure to third parties and outsourcing)

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 근거한 적법한 요청이 있는 경우는 예외로 하며, 이 경우에도 회사가 보유하지 않은 정보(볼트 · 일정 · 메일 등)는 구조적으로 제공할 수 없습니다. 이 웹사이트의 호스팅은 Cloudflare, Inc.(미국)가, 웹 글꼴 제공은 Google LLC(미국, Google Fonts)가 맡습니다(제1조의 접속 정보).

The Company does not disclose your personal information to third parties, except in response to a lawful request based on law - and even then it structurally cannot disclose information it does not hold (your vault, calendar, mail and so on). This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) and its web fonts are served by Google LLC (United States, Google Fonts); both process the access information in Article 1.

제6조 (보유 기간과 파기)Article 6 (Retention and destruction)

• 기기에 저장되는 정보: 이용자가 지우거나 연결을 해제할 때까지 이용자의 기기에 남습니다. 앱을 지워도 볼트(이용자의 폴더)는 그대로 남으며 이용자가 관리합니다.
• 문의 내용: 응대 목적으로만 보관하며, 목적을 달성하면 지체 없이 파기합니다.
• 웹사이트 접속 정보: Cloudflare의 보관 정책에 따릅니다.

• Information stored on your device stays there until you delete it or disconnect the account. Uninstalling the app leaves your vault (your folder) in place for you to manage.
• Inquiries are kept only to respond and are destroyed without delay once that purpose is fulfilled.
• Website access information follows Cloudflare's retention policies.

제7조 (정보주체의 권리)Article 7 (Your rights)

이용자는 언제든지 회사가 처리하는 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 contact@weniver.se로 요구할 수 있습니다. 기기에 저장된 정보는 이용자가 앱에서 직접 확인 · 삭제하고 연결을 해제할 수 있습니다.

You may at any time ask contact@weniver.se to access, correct, delete or stop processing the personal information the Company processes about you. Information stored on your device can be viewed and deleted, and accounts disconnected, directly in the app.

제8조 (안전성 확보 조치)Article 8 (Security measures)

• 자격(로그인 토큰 · 앱 비밀번호 · 키)은 macOS 키체인으로 암호화한 앱 전용 파일에 둡니다. 메일 계정의 자격은 연결할 때의 서버에 묶여, 설정이 다른 서버를 가리키면 내주지 않습니다.
• 메일 캐시는 파일마다 AES-256-GCM으로 암호화합니다.
• 메일 서버와의 통신은 TLS로만 합니다.
• HTML 메일은 격리된 화면에서 스크립트 없이 보여 주고, 원격 그림은 이용자가 허용할 때만 받습니다.
• 메일 발송 · 영구 삭제 같은 외부 작업은 이용자의 승인을 거치고, 앱의 쓰기는 기록에 남아 되돌릴 수 있습니다.

• Credentials (sign-in tokens, app passwords and keys) are kept in an app-only file encrypted with the macOS Keychain. Mail credentials are bound to the servers they were connected with and are withheld if the settings point to a different server.
• The mail cache is encrypted file by file with AES-256-GCM.
• Communication with mail servers uses TLS only.
• HTML mail is shown in an isolated view without scripts, and remote images load only when you allow them.
• External actions such as sending mail or permanent deletion require your approval, and the app's writes are journaled and can be undone.

제9조 (쿠키와 방침의 변경)Article 9 (Cookies and changes to this policy)

이 웹사이트는 쿠키를 쓰지 않으며, 고른 표시 언어만 브라우저 저장소에 남깁니다. 이 방침이 변경되는 경우 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 이 페이지에 고지합니다.

This website uses no cookies; only your chosen display language is kept in browser storage. Changes to this policy will be posted on this page 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).
