이 약관은 한국어본이 정본입니다. 영문본은 이해를 돕기 위한 번역이며, 해석에 차이가 있으면 한국어본이 우선합니다.

The Korean version of these terms is authoritative. This English version is a translation for convenience; if the two differ, the Korean version prevails.

제1조 (목적)Article 1 (Purpose)

이 약관은 위니버스(Weniverse, 이하 "회사")가 제공하는 Weniversal Moon(맥용 데스크톱 앱과 이 웹사이트, 이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다.

These terms set out the conditions for using Weniversal Moon (the Mac desktop app and this website, the "Service") provided by Weniverse (the "Company").

제2조 (서비스의 내용)Article 2 (The Service)

• 서비스는 이용자의 맥에서 실행되며, 이용자가 고른 폴더(볼트)의 마크다운 파일로 일정 · 업무 · 노트 · 메일을 다루는 앱입니다.
• 일부 기능은 이용자가 연결한 외부 서비스(캘린더 · 메일 계정, AI 공급자 등)를 이용합니다. 그 서비스의 약관은 이용자와 해당 제공자 사이에 적용됩니다.
• 현재 서비스는 유료 기능 없이 제공됩니다. 유료 기능(예: 동기화 서비스)을 제공하게 되면 그 조건을 이 약관에 정하고 제3조에 따라 미리 알립니다.

• The Service runs on your Mac and manages your schedule, tasks, notes and mail with the Markdown files in a folder you choose (your vault).
• Some features use external services you connect (calendar and mail accounts, AI providers and others). Their terms apply between you and that provider.
• The Service is currently offered without paid features. If paid features (such as a sync service) are introduced, their conditions will be added to these terms with advance notice under Article 3.

제3조 (약관의 효력과 변경)Article 3 (Effect and changes)

이 약관은 이 웹 페이지에 게시함으로써 효력이 생깁니다. 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 고지합니다. 고지 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

These terms take effect when posted on this page. The Company may change them within the limits of applicable law and will give notice 7 days before changes take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users). Continuing to use the Service after notice means you accept the changes.

제4조 (이용자의 데이터)Article 4 (Your data)

볼트와 연결한 계정의 데이터는 이용자의 것이며 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 회사는 이 데이터를 보관하지 않으므로 대신 복구할 수 없고, 백업은 이용자가 관리합니다. 개인정보의 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

Your vault and the data of the accounts you connect belong to you and are stored on your device. Because the Company does not hold this data, it cannot restore it for you; backups are yours to manage. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

제5조 (AI 기능과 승인)Article 5 (AI features and approvals)

• AI 응답은 자동 생성된 것으로 부정확하거나 불완전할 수 있습니다. 중요한 의사결정에는 이용자가 내용을 검증해야 하며, AI 응답 자체는 전문적 조언 · 상담(법률 · 의료 · 투자 등)이 아닙니다.
• 메일 발송 · 영구 삭제처럼 되돌릴 수 없는 외부 작업은 이용자가 미리보기를 승인해야 실행되며, 승인한 작업의 결과에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 볼트의 변경은 되돌리기로 돌릴 수 있지만, 이미 보낸 메일 같은 외부 효과는 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

• AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify them before important decisions; they are not professional advice (legal, medical, investment or otherwise).
• Irreversible external actions such as sending mail or permanent deletion run only after you approve a preview, and you are responsible for the results of actions you approve. Changes to your vault can be undone, but external effects such as mail already sent cannot.

제6조 (이용자의 의무와 금지 행위)Article 6 (Your obligations and prohibited conduct)

이용자는 법령과 이 약관, 연결한 외부 서비스의 약관(예: Google API 서비스 약관)을 지켜야 하며, 서비스를 이용해 스팸 · 불법 정보를 보내거나, 타인의 계정에 권한 없이 접근하거나, 타인의 권리를 침해해서는 안 됩니다.

You must comply with the law, these terms and the terms of external services you connect (such as the Google APIs Terms of Service), and must not use the Service to send spam or unlawful content, access others' accounts without authorization, or infringe others' rights.

제7조 (지식재산권)Article 7 (Intellectual property)

서비스와 소프트웨어에 관한 지식재산권은 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있으며, 서비스에 포함된 제3자 구성 요소는 각각의 라이선스를 따릅니다. 이용자가 볼트에 만든 콘텐츠의 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 제3자 AI 모델이 생성한 출력물의 권리 관계는 해당 제공자의 정책을 따를 수 있습니다.

Intellectual property in the Service and software belongs to the Company or the rightful owners, and third-party components included in the Service are governed by their respective licenses. Content you create in your vault belongs to you, and rights in output generated by third-party AI models may be governed by that provider's policies.

제8조 (서비스의 변경과 중단)Article 8 (Changes and interruptions)

회사는 운영 · 기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 일부 기능을 종료할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 사전에 고지합니다. 연결한 외부 서비스의 장애나 정책 변경으로 해당 기능이 일시적으로 동작하지 않을 수 있습니다.

The Company may change the Service or end some features for operational or technical reasons, with advance notice of important changes. Features that depend on external services may temporarily stop working because of outages or policy changes on their side.

제9조 (책임의 제한)Article 9 (Limitation of liability)

• 회사는 천재지변, 제3자 서비스(메일 · 캘린더 제공자, AI 모델 제공사 등)의 장애 등 회사의 합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한, 회사의 배상 책임은 손해 발생 직전 12개월 동안 이용자가 회사에 지급한 금액을 한도로 합니다.
• 이 조항은 소비자 보호 관련 강행 법규가 정하는 책임을 배제하지 않습니다.

• The Company is not liable for damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters or outages of third-party services (mail and calendar providers, AI model providers and others).
• Except in cases of the Company's intent or gross negligence, the Company's liability is limited to the amount you paid the Company in the 12 months before the damage occurred.
• This article does not exclude liability required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

제10조 (준거법과 관할)Article 10 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to the Service shall be brought before the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
